What separates a disclosed formula from a hidden one, and why the difference is worth five minutes of your time.
Most people scan a supplement label for the brand name and the price. The part worth actually reading is smaller and less flashy: the Supplement Facts panel.
Confirm what one serving actually is — one gummy, two capsules, a full dropper. Every other number on the label is relative to that serving.
Look for a milligram figure next to each ingredient. JellyBoost lists all seven — 200mg of Tongkat Ali, 100mg of Maca Root, and so on — rather than a single combined total.
If a label lists a "proprietary blend" with one total weight and no individual breakdown, that's not automatically disqualifying, but it does mean you can't check any single ingredient against published research.
Ingredients are generally listed by descending amount. The first name on the list usually carries the most weight in the formula.
